10.0Тихий спокойный район.Бесплатная парковка рядом с домом(свобоных мест достаточно-искать не пришлось).Основные места в пешей доступности:Terme Tettuccio в 15 минутах ходьбы,супермаркет Eurospin в 7минутах,центр в 15 минутах,вокзал Montecattini Centro в 16минутах.В квартире было все необходимое.Наличие газа обеспечило и приготовление пищи и тепло в квартире и горячую воду.На кухне был полный набор посуды.Приветливая хозяйка,специально приехала,чтобы обьяснить все нюансы.
− Особо не нашел.Правда немножко подглючивал интернет,но в общем работал устойчиво.
