− - Scale non proprio semplici - Bagno scomodo, l'uso del bidè in particolare - Colazione "fai da te", ma macchinetta caffè sporca, da pulire a fondo, assenza di qualunque prodotto in frigo (es. latte, acqua), di fatto c'erano solo merendine e fette biscottate in casa. Ci è stato detto che la struttura normalmente non offre la colazione, ma se la prenotazione la prevede il cliente non può immaginarlo da solo. Bisogna offrire un servizio almeno sufficiente, altrimenti toglietela perché noi alla fine siamo andati sempre a fare colazione fuori.
