7.0L emplacement est vraiment parfait et le prix pour 4 personnes est très intéressant quand on n a un budget serré. La cuisine est pratique et équipée (frigo tres bon état, , bouilloire). Les couchages était confortables, on a très bien dormi...on a apprécié la terrasse
− La salle de bain est dans un état dégradé...c est vrai que les wc qui ne sont pas séparés sont problématiques quand on est nombreux. La porte aurait besoin d un bon coup de rabotage, très dure à fermer. L'insonorisation est faible (venir avec des boules quies). Les lits sont en mauvais état et grinces mais les matelas sont très confortables.

9.0Blisko fajnych miejsc, czysto, pokój przestronny i miał prywatną łazienkę. Personel bardzo miły i dostępny , chętnie odpowiadali na wszystkie pytania :) cena adekwatna do standardu, my byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni
− Jest nad samym portem- co jest super, ale do późna pływają głośne łodzie co może komuś przeszkadzać. Nam nie przeszkadzało :)

7.0It was a nice place, considering the price. The comfort depends on the people who you share the place with. Everything available, soap to clean dishes, laundry and shampoo. We just had to fix the air conditioner, didnt work because super dusty filter. The location is good and Its not far from train station. I would come again :)

7.0We were initially given the wrong number of sheets and towels, but I informed the owner and the problem was immediately resolved. There is no view of the canal, but the location is still convenient: a stop next to the apartment and one stop to Rialto.
