8.0Apartament położony w bardzo dogodnym miejscu, bardzo przestronny , z dwoma oddzielnymi sypialniami , z wygodnymi i czystymi łóżkami. Kuchnia doskonale wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. W pobliżu mnóstwo zabytków, kilka kroków do placu Św. Marka. Bezpieczna okolica. Właściciele pozwolili zostawić bagaże w hotelu niedaleko do czasu zameldowania w apartamencie. Apartament był gotowy wcześniej. W dniu odlotu podobnie, z pozostawieniem bagażu nie było problemu, co pozwoliło na spokojne zwiedzanie miasta do godzin późno popołudniowych bez walizek. Otrzymaliśmy mapkę i doskonałe wskazówki jak trafić do apartamentu.
− Po pojawieniu się w apartamencie zauważyliśmy, że część oświetlenia w kuchni nad szafkami oraz nad stołem nie działa. Było trochę szaro i ciemno mimo zapalenia reszty lamp. Pod łóżkami spory kurz ,a w łazience na podłodze włosy po poprzednikach. Sprzątanie tylko po tzw. rynku bardzo niedokładne i powierzchowne. W mieszkaniu problem z licznymi komarami , ale to dotyczy całej Wenecji, po zmroku raczej okien nie można otwierać. Przydałyby się moskitiery. W ofercie na Bookingu sugerowano, że apartament posiada taras na dachu, po dokonaniu rezerwacji automatycznie wysłano wiadomość, że taras jednak nie przynależy do opłaconego apartamentu. Celowe wprowadzenie klienta w błąd. Jednak mimo drobnych uwag mieszkanie polecamy, nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Dziękujemy.

8.0Logement très bien placé pour visiter Venise, communication fluide. Le personnes de la réception de l'hôtel ALA par qui se fait la récupération des clés, sont très aimables, nous avons pu laisser nos valises le dernier jour pour nous promener. Je recommande ce logement.

10.0La ubicación es lo mejor, a 4 minutos andando de la Plaza de San Marcos. El apartamento tiene de todo, además estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. No tiene vistas espectaculares, pero como pasamos poco tiempo en él, no lo considero un inconveniente. Muy recomendable
