Schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, aber laute Nachbarn und stressige Nutzungsbedingungen
7.0Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von Bars und Restaurants, auch zum kurz Gassi gehen mit dem Hund. Die Wohnung war schön und bequem, für uns 2 mit dem Hund war es super. Kunden-support per Telefon /WhatsApp hat auch sehr gut funktioniert - als wir den richtigen Eingang gesucht haben, hat uns der Mitarbeiter effektiv unterstützt.
− 1. Laute Nachbarn- die Wohnung ist im 3.Stock (ohne Aufzug) und im 2.Stock wohnt dauerhaft eine indische Familie, welche gerne abends und nachts sehr laute Musik hört - wir kamen uns vor wie in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eines Discoclubs! Das war echt fürchterlich, 3 Nächte von 5 waren ein Leid, was nach ermüdenden Wanderungen echt sehr ärgerlich ist! 2. Die Vermieter-Firma hat es geschafft, uns den Urlaub mit ewigen Regelungen und Drohungen im Hausmanual zum großen Teil zu versauen. Wir haben uns ständig unter Druck gefühlt und waren die ganze Zeit gestresst, ob wir alles richtig machen. Das musste wirklich nicht sein! 3. Die Waschmaschine ist für das ganze Haus gemeinsam. Also ist sie auch ganz oft besetzt. Die Nutzung lässt sich sehr schlecht planen, zumal man sie auch nicht nach 21.00 benutzen darf, was auch verständlich ist, aber leider wird nicht angezeigt, wie lange die Programme dauern, also weiß man nicht, ob man es noch bis 21.00 Uhr schafft oder nicht.

7.0Ausstattung der Wohnung war wirklich ausreichend, Paar Töpfe Geschirr Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und TV.. Für das nötigste ist auf jedenfall gesorgt. Autos parken direkt vor der Unterkunft. Für den Preis wirklich angemessen...

− Si trova al 4 piano che non era indicato sul booking.la scala scomoda per le persone anziani. Senza la ringhiera che rende difficile la salita.
