10.0Локацията беше страхотна, близо до ресторанти, кафенета и други. Апартамента е един от най-красивите в които сме отсядали, като гледката от една от спалните е уникална. Малката усамотена тераса, с феноменална гледка към планините, за сутрешното кафе е топ ☺️

− Pas de rideaux ni volets dans les chambres ce qui est très gênant on est réveillé aux premières lueurs du jour orientation à l’Est De plus une des 2 chambres est vitrée et donne sur l’escalier toujours sans rideaux ce qui est curieux! Pas de possibilité de diminuer le chauffage la nuit

4.0− Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenig Küchenausstattung. Herd mit Induktion Kochtöpfe aber nicht. Mülleimer ohne Funktion. Bettbezüge waren aus niedriger Qualität. Fenster mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ohne Rolläden bzw. ohne Jalousien, dadurch heizen sich die Räume stark auf. Klimaanlage ist aber nicht vorhanden. Keine Ausstattung für Hunde obwohl die Unterkunft extra für Hunde sein soll......

5.0On first impression we were concerned the location was a little remote, but you seem to need to do lots of walking wherever you stay on lake Como,, often uphill to many destinations. Roads are narrow and often no pavements. It was ok, 15 min walk to small local shop and bus stops. Approx 50 mins bus to main como. Approx 20 mins walk to a ferry pick up. Views of the lakes from to roof top bedrooms.
− The accommodation is sparse, two bedrooms were adequate size but had no blinds or curtains. One looked out onto the stairs so was bizarre when staying with friends who could look straight in when going up and down the stairs. We had to improvise and use paper to cover this for privacy. The sunlight disturbed any lie inside too. We raised this on arrival with management and were thanked for feedback and advised it had been commented previously, but nothing done or offer to resolve, very disappointing. One pillow each too. Adequate but not comfortable.
