Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig. Verfügt über grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage - hat auch alles funktioniert! Das Bett war sauber und bequem. Eigene Dachterasse, auch viel Platz Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, man ist schnell im Zentrum, Bahnhof ist gleich um die Ecke und es ist ruhig.

− ​Nach einer kurzfristigen Last-Minute-Buchung erlebten wir ein echtes Desaster. Trotz Online-Check-in mussten wir nach der Ankunft 1,5 Stunden auf den Zugangscode warten, während der Support extrem unfreundlich war. ​Das größte Problem war die Sicherheit: Wir erhielten einen Generalcode, mit dem sich jede Tür öffnen liess. Als wir unser Apartment betreten wollten, sass dort bereits eine fremde Familie beim Abendessen, weil Zimmer vertauscht wurden. Auch an der Eingangstür gab es Probleme, da das Schloss kaputt war und sie sich nicht richtig verschliessen liess. Zudem standen andere Gäste ebenfalls vor verschlossenen Türen. Zum Apartment - der Boden war dreckig! Egal wo, es war nicht sauber.. - die Dachterasse war verschmutzt, wie auch die dazugehörigen Stühle - der Belag vom Duschboden blätterte ab - Klorollenhalter war kaputt - Toilettenspülung klemmte immer wieder - Wasserhahn spritzte über das Waschbecken hinaus - Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war nicht benutzbar, da keine Internetverbindung und nicht konfiguriert! (WLAN Zugangsdaten bis heute nicht erhalten) - Ameisen waren beim Eingangsbereich in die Wohnung gelangt - Eingangstür konnte nicht richtig verschlossen werden, da das Schloss kaputt war / klemmte (ein weiterer Punkt der Sicherheit) - Türgriff (Eingangstür) klemmte, Schlossriegel fiel mehrfach aus der Tür Wenn das Apartment für drei oder vier Personen gebucht wird, haben die Leute, die auf dem Aufklappsofa schlafen müssen keine schönen Träume - ein sehr unbequemes Schlafsofa. Kaffee, Tee, Waschmittel und/oder Spülmaschinentabs müssen alle selbst organisiert werden. Man wird zusätzlich freundlich aufgefordert den Müll am Schluss selbst mitzunehmen und zu entsorgen - das Alles, für 200.-/Nacht! Dieser Aufenthalt wird mir ein Leben lang in Erinnerung bleiben, leider überwiegend negativ.

Appartamento bellissimo e consigliato

Appartamento molto spazioso (anche doppio bagno), arredato con stile e con tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla vicino alla stazione e a Piazzale Roma da cui partono tante linee dei vaporetti.

− Lo staff che gestisce l'appartamento comunica via messaggio solo in inglese, per qualcuno potrebbe essere limitante.

Venedik’te temiz ve modern bir ev

Aşırı şık , ferah, düzenli ve temiz. Venedik’te bu kadar güzel ve modern bir binada konaklamak hayal gibiydi. Otobüs ve tren terminaline çok yakın olduğu için Venedik içindeki o işkenceli valiz taşıma olayını hiç yaşamadık.

− Karşısında hapishane var. Ancak bence bu korkutucu değil , bir avantaj. Akşam sokak ıssız olsa bile korkmuyorsunuz , çünkü güvenlik ve koruma olayı en yüksek olan sokakta yürüyor olduğunuz biliyorsunuz ve her yerde kamera var sonuçta. Kötü özellik olarak , Bir tek çıkışta çöpleri genel alana kadar taşımak zorunda olmak biraz gereksiz geldi.
