10.0Tout était parfait ! Andrea est très sympathique et serviable. Le logement est calme, dispose de tout le nécessaire, et est climatisé. Il est aussi parfaitement situé par rapport à Catane et l'aéroport. La grande terrasse est un atout majeur, et il y a un parking privé. Merci encore à Andrea qui a aussi été très flexible sur notre heure de départ.

10.0Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft (Zimmer Michele) sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat hervorragend funktioniert. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass er uns aktiv seine Unterstützung angeboten hat und jederzeit für Fragen oder Empfehlungen zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot viel Platz für vier Personen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen selbst gemalten Bilder, die der Wohnung einen persönlichen Touch verleihen. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es waren unter anderem eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäscheständer, ein Bügeleisen, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, ein Herd sowie ein Grill vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügten über eine Klimaanlage. Auch schön fanden wir den große Balkon, auf dem man entspannt sitzen und gemeinsam essen konnte. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht hervorragend. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt.

− La cucina e i pochi utensili a disposizione perché mancavano gli strofinacci, detersivi e non c'èra il forno elettrico in cucina per poter fare delle pietanze al forno.
Veramente soddisfatto. Non sono d'accordo con la valutazione di booking.com, per me è almeno da 4 .
9.0appartamento confortevole e accogliente, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie per un piacevole soggiorno, tv in entrambe le camere, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata, frigorifero, asgiugamani forniti per tutte le persone prenotate, etc. posizione eccellente , vicinissima al centro storico di Mascalucia, e con un supermercato e un forno a poche decine di metri.
