10.0Everything was great! Angela was very responsive and friendly. The view is breathtaking. I was really happy, that we decided to choose this property. We had everything we needed, so I am satisfied.

Beautiful location but difficult to access

− Said conditioning unit was extremely loud and malfunctioned. Had to leave the property a night early as it was impossible to sleep. Took a long time for a refund to be processed for the one night and no compensation offered. The drive down to the property is incredibly steep. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Overall very nice once we got in and could relax.

− It was difficult getting in as the person meeting us left before we arrived (eventhough we arrvied within stipulated time window) this was made worse becaus there was nowhere to park the car while we tried to contact her to come back. She claimed to have tried contacting us but we were busy touring Como and not checking emails or expecting this. She should not have left before stipulated meeting time without confirmation from us but did and we had to ask other residents to open the gate so we could get off the road. VERY STRESSFUL
