ちょっと古いが この地域ではコスパ最高レベル。
8.0階下にコンビニと 地下駐車場があり便利。(地下駐車場は高さ制限あり) 施設は古そうだがキレイに維持されている。ウィークリーマンションという設定だが フロントありスタッフ常駐。コスパ高い。
