− Vienīgais mīnuss nebija paklāja vannas istabā.

8.0− Varēja būt kondicionieris, tā kā tas ir 5. stāvs, karstā laikā īpaši jūtams bija karstums kas nāk no griestiem jumtam uzkarstot. Šo vienīgo lietu neņemot vērā, viss bija ļoti labi!

9.0Tīrs,mājīgs dzīvoklis. Vienkārša iečekošanās(Key Box). Virtuvē ir viss nepieciešamais.
− Tikai 2 lietas- prasījās kāds skapis,kur novietot drēbes un vannai derētu kāds aizkars. Pārējais viss bija labi.
