− Hard to get transport into the city but we went in December so it wasn’t peak season. Not a lot going on around the area of the apartment

− Les GROS moins - présence de cafards ( selon la gestionnaire c’est partout pareil dans la résidence. On aurait aimé être prévenu c’est vraiment la phobie) - bruit très très assourdissant de la climatisation dans la plus petite des 2 chambres à tel point qu’il était impossible de l’utiliser - lave vaisselle HS - lumière de cette fameuse deuxième chambre HS

5.0I stayed 8 days in that apartment with my family. We were a group of more than 50 people and we all rented apartments at Prestigia, plage des nations. Some apartments were better maintained and cleaner than others.. The majority, though, were not clean at all! The complex is infested with cockroaches( big ones that fly). In my particular apartment, we woke up everyday with at least 5 dead cockroaches on the ground! The apartment was not clean when we arrived; I had to request an other cleaning. It was done, but in a very superficial way and still not to our standards. Bathrooms were dirty, washing machine stank, kitchen was dirty. I did a few groceries but ended up not cooking at all because everything seems to be gross! One of my son got a skin infection, probably from the towels or bed sheets! Too bad because it could be a nice place! Right in front of the beach, on top of the restaurants, with a nice breeze and a little green- shared with an other apartment- grassy outdoor area. Also ... A real labyrinth to get to the apartment from the top entrance; couple elevators but you still have to take a lots of stairs! Internet was cut off all day on Sunday; concierge does not speak well french or English so communication was a little hectic! Will I come back to this apartment? NO! Do I recommend it? NO!

− Some stuff in the kitchen are missing or not cleaned perfectly But these are minor stuff Ps: it would be amazing if there were some oil and spices, in our case it could've helped a lot being away from supermarkets etc
