10.0The chalets are perfectly positioned next to King Gondola and the views are amazing. Short walk to shops, dining and ski rental. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong with this accommodation.

Comfortable home for family in the heart of Upper Hirafu
9.0The location is great with the King Gondola & Ski rental across the road and many restaurants only a short walk away + H2 (property managers) were really helpful. The property is old (by Niseko standards) but very well kept and the 4 bedroom villa is spacious & comfortable for 8 adults.
− The mountain view rooms are definitely preferable...rooms #3 & #4 probably least desirable for outlook, privacy & passing traffic.
Would highly recommend this property.
10.0Best location for our group…a 10 minute walk to the Hirafu gondola, Rhythm rental shop, excellent restaurants and convenience stores. The living room area was perfect…comfortable seating with a stunning view. The kitchen area was excellent…large dining table accommodated family breakfasts and a cooking class.
