− Le personnel qui demande une taxe de 40€ qui n’est pas notifié sur booking plus l’attente de 3heure à notre arrivée très déçu de cette situation

3.0Location is not easy to be found. Host could have provided better details.
− Unit was not ready upon arrival. Host made us wait for an extended period of time to come out with the keys. Unit didn't have A/C. Host promised to have it installed the next day but didn't keep his promise. Host had many cupboards and closets locked for his personal use. Many light fixtures and artworks were wrapped for protection. Freezer was full with hosts food. The swimming pool was closed for the majority of time we were there. Host charged cleaning fees against agreement with website and the list goes on.

− Check-in and check-out were the problem . It was 21.22 when i was the check-in. I waited 3 hours for the owner to arrive. when i spoke to him hes said i can check out 9.PM i was fine with that however when the check-out came, the owner started calling 8.40 am, demanding to leave the property because there is another booking has been made . I wasn't happy with that . Eventually, I was forced to leave the place 10.30. He was acting like he missed understood us. By the way, I didn't have language problems because my wife is morrocon. He was talking rubbish. Anyway, who is ever going to rent this place. NOT : MAKE SURE WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING.. AND SIGN BOTH PARTS .

− small area , no AC, no sufficient kitchen tools, not cabinets , they locked most of cabinets in kitchen and bed rooms, no bed room Pillows, no bed sheets, internet very weak ……ext

10.0the entire appartement was very good and clean. comfortable and in a great area. also private parking and safe. the owners were very nice and helpful throughout our stay.
