8.0Хороший новый ЖК, рядом все есть, до набережной можно минут за 15 дойти. Сама квартира новая, всё есть для проживания и готовки, просторная, светлая, приятно находиться, хороший интернет, в целом были скорее довольны.
− Матрасы, не знаю что с Актау, первую ночь жили в другой квартире и одной из основных причин съезда был матрас, он с выпирающим каркасом пружин, приехали сюда, в маленькой комнате еще нормальный матрас, в большой опять же с пружинами, они чувствуются, где вы все эти матрасы берете и зачем :( Пришлось спать в маленькой, а там нет кондиционера и тесно. Может это у меня чувствительность такая, не знаю. Еще хотелось бы чтобы о возврате залога не приходилось напоминать.

10.0Новый район, элитные дома. Двор очень красивый. Нам всем понравилось. Все удобства рядом. Мы заехали в дом 2 часа ночи. Взяли ключи из ключницы сами, все удобства придусмотрено. Спасибо агентам.
