Not what I hoped for !
5.0There are some groceries and coffeeshops a few minutes walk away.
− 1. The apartment is in a residential area without any charm. 2. The apartment has the worst location in the building. It is on the ground level , next to the entrance. If you open the shades in the living room or bedroom the people outside look straight into the room. 3. Sound insulation is bad. Lots of noise from people talking in the hallway. 4. The AC is a bad joke ! It took 10 hours to cool the room down to 25° 5. The location made it difficult to get a taxi at 6:45 a.m. to go to the airport. The taxi prices from and to the airport are a rip off. 15 € for a 7 minute ride ! 6. A cat sitting outside the window of the living room, trying to get inside. 7. Some guy feeding stray cats right at the entrance into the apartment building. It looked unhygienic and dirty. 8. Pre check in information was the worst of all the many apartments where I had stayed in Morocco. Supposedly there is a video about how to do the self check in. I asked several times for this video and never got it even though the landlord said that he sent it. I didn't receive it neither by WhatsApp not by email nor through booking.com The self check in was very frustrating. I had received a WhatsApp message with a photograph of a key box with the code. However nobody had mentioned that this key box was not next to the entrance but it was on the wall of a separate little building where the security guard stayed. There were 3 different " keys " in the box. Nobody had instructed me on which one to take nor on how to use the plastic token in order to open the main door to the building. No information on where to find apartment number 7. No information on how to handle the ridiculous lock of the apartment. I needed to call the landlord to receive a multi number code which I needed to type into the doorknob. As it didn't open I needed another call to find out that after the number I needed to press a certain button to be able to open the door.

10.0J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel du personnel. L’établissement est très propre, confortable et bien entretenu. La qualité des services était excellente et l’ambiance très agréable. Tout a été parfaitement organisé pour rendre le séjour agréable et reposant.
− Honnêtement, je n’ai relevé aucun point négatif significatif. Mon expérience a été excellente du début à la fin.

9.0− L'équipe était disponible et très sympathique. Elle faisait le suivi depuis la veille de mon arrivée jusqu'à mon départ. Elle m'a aidé aussi pour le taxi Merci !
