10.0The host is a very lovely lady; communication was excellent. In terms of location, it is 1 km from the Old Town and 1.5 km from Mogren Beach; we walked everywhere. It is situated right on Budva's main street, and there is a Turkish restaurant very close by. Also, the place was absolutely spotless. We thank our host for everything; she hosted us wonderfully.

10.0Excellent apartment with everything you need, a balcony, and a wonderful mountain view. The photos are completely accurate. The hostess was responsive and pleasant, always available to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. She arranged a transfer from Podgorica for us, for which I want to say a special thank you. The apartment was cleaned while we were away, and upon our return, we found fresh towels and bedding. The blinds and air conditioning make our stay comfortable and pleasant even on the hottest days. Excellent location – a leisurely 7-10 minute walk to the beach. 5 minutes to the market and supermarket. Close to the old town, yet in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

7.0Good location, nice balcony and the lady was very nice who ran it.
− WiFi was very poor mainly non existent. I did message the host who said she would look into it but it didn’t improve for the whole of our stay. The bathroom would benefit from an upgrade especially the shower.
Leider nicht ordentlich geputzt!
7.0Freundliche Unterkunftgeberin, netter Balkon, helles Zimmer.
− Leider lagen im Bad viele, lange Haare am Boden, im Waschbecken und in der Dusche. Armaturen (Dusche und Waschbecken) waren nicht geputzt! Schade, die Unterkunft wäre sehr nett, jedoch lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig! Matratze leider sehr weich!
Buena ubicacion, con muchos aspectos a mejorar
1.0La ubicacion es buena cerca de la playa y el centro historico. La limpieza correcta.
− Los colchones están muy viejos, hundidos y, en nuestro caso, muy sucios (adjunto fotografías). Además, el apartamento necesita una reforma, ya que el mobiliario y algunas instalaciones están bastante deteriorados. Llevan a cabo la limpieza diaria del apartamento pero no lo avisan de que van a entrar cuando se hace wl check in,algo que creemos que deberían comunicar a los huéspedes. En el check-in también nos pidieron dejar nuestra documentación hasta el día siguiente para el registro,tras nuestra negativa, hicieron una fotografía de los documentos con un teléfono móvil. Por último, el pago de 6 € por la tasa turística y 2 € por el registro que nos cobraron en efectivo tampoco se indica cuando se realiza la reserva.
