10.0Квартира на 3м этаже, есть все необходимое для проживания. Кровать с диваном удобные, белье чистое. Месторасположения просто изумительно. Через дорогу Центральный парк. От квартиры очень быстро можно выехать из города. Закрытый двор, можно поставить машину, так же через дорогу есть платная охраняемая парковка.
