9.0Apartamentai atitinka aprašymą ir atsiliepimus. Tyli aplinka ir kaimynai. Virtuvėje pakankamai indų ir įrankių. Pirmas aukštas - privalumas turint daug bagažo.
− Miegamojo lova nepatogi. Reikia keisti čiužinį. Kita vertus, svetainės sofa komfortiškam miegui pritaikyta geriau.

8.0Свежий ремонт. Тв с каналами и смартом. Кастрюльки, стаканы - все в наличии что нужно. Рядом знаменитый фонтан с лебедем - ночью очень красиво.
− Хозяин сам не вышел на связь и пришлось звонить. Обслуживание только на латышском. Ужасный запах в подьезде. Кровать в спальне очень скрипучая. Морозильник снаружи в плесени. Слишком много требований - все застели и помой и оставь как было... Двоякое ощущение.
