− Brak miejsca parkingowego należącego do apartamentu (ciężko było znaleźć blisko wolne miejsce), niskie ciśnienie wody (jak to na Malcie)

10.0Obiekt fenomenalny, czysty zadbany posiadał wifi sprawna klimatyzację telewizję a kontakt z właścicielem super. Bardzo dobrze mówił po angielsku i pomagał z każdym problemem. Wspaniały człowiek.
