Nothing ! Not even 25℅ of the apartment were same like it is on booking.com

− From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below the standards that any customer is entitled to expect from a property advertised on your platform. Although the official check-in time was 3:15 PM, we were unable to access the apartment until 5:10 PM and were forced to wait in our car for nearly two hours without any adequate explanation or assistance. Upon entering the apartment, we discovered several serious issues, including: Multiple rooms with no functioning lights; Paint left on the shower floor; No warning whatsoever that fresh paint was present, resulting in paint getting on our bodies and personal belongings; The presence of a snake on the property, creating understandable concerns regarding safety and hygiene. These conditions rendered the accommodation unsuitable and significantly impacted our stay. As a direct consequence of these issues, we made the decision to leave the property early. As you can see in the pictures below if ever they allowed the pixture to be post, We talked to different person which i think is in charge to tell them we wanted to leave on the same day that we wanted our money but they insisted to make us stay for the night ! the next day, No actions were taken ,no one came to fix the issues we talked about or even pick.the keys ! Just instructions to leave the keys in the letter box.. The manager even talked to us rudely. The last conversation we had they told us they will refund at least one night as we didnt stay till 21st june , still no reply no refund Btw : to whom it may concern ! Deleting our photos and reviews won't erase the fact that you are scamming people with your shitty appartment !

A very nice and spacious appartment with everything you need at an unbeatable location. Clear view all over the bay with stunning sunsets directly opposite the beach on Grand Bays main road.

Leaving as the filth was making me feel ill. I am still waiting for a refund.

− We booked this accommodation for five nights but left after one. In my experience of extensive travel, this was the most concerning property I have encountered in terms of safety, hygiene, and general condition. Safety The property is located on the top floor of a largely empty shopping mall. From 6pm, the only exit route involved going down two flights of stairs and unlocking a rear door and a metal gate. This raised concerns for us about how we would exit quickly in an emergency. There were also electrical issues: we saw sparks from the kitchen light switch, and some light fittings had exposed wiring. The gas cooker was fuelled by a bottle stored under the sink, which we did not feel comfortable using. The extractor fan and light covers had a significant build‑up of grease. Hygiene The property is filthy. We noticed stains on the curtains, thick dust on the blinds and bathroom window frames, and dust and debris under the beds and in the frames. There were marks on the walls. One of the bath towels provided was filthy. Overall it felt poorly maintained, with minimal cleaning between guests. Quality and maintenance Many fixtures and fittings were in poor condition. In the main bathroom, the bath surface was peeling, chrome fittings were worn, and the WC had visible cracks. There was a large crack in the ceiling with peeling paint. In the second bathroom, the shower tray was heavily stained. Around half of the light bulbs were missing or not working. The kitchen’s saloon‑style door was missing one half. A lamp in the second bedroom was broken and propped against the wall. There was an old microwave and a shirt left in the wardrobe, and the safe did not work. Communication We raised all of these issues with the owner, but they did not accept our concerns and refused a refund. They were extremely patronising and selective in what they responded to in our messages. I twice requested a copy of the Tourism Authority licence from the owner, but did not receive it.

− Banyoların Biraz tadilata ihtiyacı var ve yatak odalarından birinde klima çalışmıyor onun dışında her oda da klima vardı ayrıca klimalara ek vantilatör bulunyordu , konum her yere yürüme mesafesinde hemen köşesinden merkeze giden otobüsler var oldukça iyi ancak hemen karşısında bulunan park biraz tedirgin edici olabilir ancak biz bir sorun yaşamadık geç saattelerde dönüş yapmadımız için 1 yaşında bebeğimizle konakladımız bu daireden genel olarak memnun ayrıldık .
