10.0Great rooms/suites in a great location! They put in extra work to accommodate our larger group. It's really nice that they have beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels as well... Those were an unexpected perk and came in handy! Management really has all the details covered. Check-in was easy/smooth and they even had the A/C very cold upon arrival... A very nice touch after the walk from the ferry terminal!
Will be returning again.
10.0The stay was wonderful and everything i was looking for. We wanted a more local time feel and this was it. Easy walk to all the restaurants and shops and the beach clubs. They gave great recommendations.

Great spot in an amazing central location with comfy beds and strong AC
9.0The bed was very comfortable, the AC kept it nice and cool at night which was much appreciated in the July heat.
− Our only thing that we thought could be improved was the floor seemed to be pretty dirty when we checked in. Also the window in the bathroom not having a screen allowed mosquitos in, but this was easily fixed by putting a towel in the window.

10.0El departamento está completo para una estancia cómoda, cerca de la terminal marítima, de supermercados, farmacias, mercado central, casa de cambio, todo queda a poca distancia. Inclusive las dos playas principales, playa Centro y playa Norte están a 5 minutos caminando, aclarando que el alojamiento está en un punto equidistante, pero para llegar a estas playas hay que agarrar en direcciones opuestas. Abdiel estuvo muy atento a nuestras inquietudes, además maneja un restaurante, lavadero, excursiones, si se lo requiere, obvio que esto último no está incluido en el valor de la reserva. Como un valor adicional, hay un par de silletas con sombrilla para la playa, y ademas te proveen de agua ya que el servicio de la red pública no es potable. Excelente relación precio - calidad, teniendo en cuenta que Isla Mujeres es un paraiso.
− No es nuestro caso, pero para turistas con movilidad reducida deben tener en cuenta que al departamento se accede por escalera a un primer piso
