− A/C in the living room is non-existent. Summer heat is real.

10.0The apartment was very nice and well equipped. I liked all the windows which opened up to y he street below. The bedroom a/c kept the bedroom nice and cool. Water was hot for showers. Open kitchen, nice kitchen table and sofa.
