8.0This charming apartment was one of the highlights of our trip. Immaculately clean, breezy, and welcoming. Nice little kitchen and deck with a hammock that our 5-year old loved. It's situated on a little hill exactly between the main town and the beach, a small market and some good restaurants like Los Abuelos and Cabanita are a short walk away. The host was responsive to all our communication and helpful with anything we needed. It's a little hard to find at first, just keep going up the steep part of the road after La Cabanita Bar and the stairs will be just before the next business on your right (a little candy stall).
− As some have commented in other reviews, there can be a lot of ATV traffic on the road beneath the terrace. It's a small town with no cars, so this is how most people get around and transport propane, water and other supplies. It didn't bother us during our stay, but can see how others might. Some might also find the hike up the hill with bags a bit hard, but guys at the ferry pier will drive you up on an atv if you want. Some other reviewers have complained about the roosters crowing at the break of day. Honestly folks, it's rural Mexico- what did you expect, the Beverly Hilton?!?
A large house for at least four people, a well equipped kitchen, a balcony with plenty of seating.
8.0The house is very spacious and has everything for at least four people. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to cook. There is a roof terrace with chairs/tables and sun loungers. The balcony is huge with a dining table and chairs, a hammock, and plenty of comfortable seating. The internet was ok, just a little slow.
− There was a lot of noise from the many quad bikes passing the house in the morning.

7.0The location and place itself were exceptional ! She was quick to not charge us for the two nights we had issues.
− Door was opened ,it had not been cleaned ,and the keys hanging by the door did not fit the door
