for a studio its a very good option.
9.0Since I have been in One South before, I knew the location was perfect. There are many markets as well as a lot of options to guy lunch or dinner which are available 24/7! Easy access to MRT.
− I would suggest adding a dinner table as it helps when having take outs. And the keys could be smaller. Maybe add in the package Netflix as the channels were mostly in Malay.

− The respond is slow from property management. Did not provide proper guidance on how to access the electronic door properly. Slow is responding to our questions or call too! Did not pickup my calls despite calling twice! Did not provide toilet paper too! The bathroom cleaning is on moderate cleaning condition !

8.0i love that the studio is located on a high level, the size of the studio is way bigger than expected, super comfortable & clean. suasana level studio sunyi & tenang. muslim friendly, ada sediakan sejadah & kiblat guidance.
− a bit hard to find cube soho by walking for the first time. the washing machine doesn't function very well. it kept stopping for no reason every 10-15 minutes and at the end of the washing, the spinning sound is so loud that it triggers sleep. the view from the studio is facing another apartment, not the road or the city.

− Had issues with the TV and washing machine. Streaming channels were minimal. Washing machine didn't work.
