7.0Die zentrale Lage, die Waschmaschine, toller Sitzplatz, toller Sessel und 10% im HEMA.
− Bett unter Dachschrege, fehlende Aussenrolladen für Schlafzimmerfenster um Hitze abzuhalten, Klimagerät funktionierte bei dieser Hitze leider nicht, schmutzige Wäsche der Vormieter stand noch da, Willkommenspakete für Küche und Bad wie angepriesen waren nicht da, TV Fernbedienung funktionierte auch nach Batteriewechsel nicht
