− the verandah of the unit next door is very close with the open slats that affects privacy. a full screen would be more convenient

This area in the BoI and this place was easily the standout of our experiences in NZ, we loved it
10.0Location and view can’t be beaten, access to your own beach and a unique walk to town (just plan for the tides). Property itself was large and like a home away from home.
− Steep driveway was a bit of an adventure, I was ok with it but wife refused to drive it
