Perfectly valued property that was expertly managed, with great access to all sorts of food types within five minutes wa
10.0Location was perfect. Great view of the provincial government, Ayala, SM and the sea. (Taxi or grab was less than P100 going to SM Bacolod and even less towards Ayala, which was walkable.) Within a five minute walk were adjacent quick service restaurants: McDo, Jollibee, KFC, and Dunkin Donuts. Better still were Masskara Chicken and Felicia Cafe and cakes, which was right across the property. The response of Alexander, who manages property, was quick and his response to requests were immediate. The cleanliness was superb and everything there worked properly. Aircon was cold.
− I told the property management upon leaving that the microwave wasn’t heating properly. (I didn’t really use it Just tried income.)
