My first uncomfortable experience in booking. Survived through the night but will never be coming back.

− Loud AC, poor bathroom drainage, worn out towels and linens, dirty pillows. I accidentally put my hand at the back of the headboard, there is a sticky foul smelling something in there. They did not clean the room properly. No complimentary water, hot water cost 10 pesos and there was no complimentary soap and shampoo.
Friendly staff and a quiet, convenient location.
7.0I like the location along a quiet, residential side street from the main highway. Two restaurants are just a one minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony was nice.
− First I was in room 204 where the AC was horribly loud and didn't cool down the air. I changed to room 202 where the AC was not so noisy. However in both rooms the AC was located so high above , just below the ceiling that I needed to climb up on top of the sink to adjust the temperature ! The lights in the room were so dim that it was depressing.
