− No towels, water heater on & off (hot suddenly change to cold) Curtains need to fix back. *Hosts need to inform customers that towels not provided*

3.0Good location n many parking, low floor,
− Toilet tiles very slippery me n my son almost fall! Toilets not cleaned up properly. Hall tiles also not clean properly as weather is humid when stepping the residuals of the floor cleaning soap makes the floor slippery! Kitchen items not cleaned up. Garbage bin cover very dirty ! Water heaters not working good enough. TV cabinets is dusty, no water filter fr drinking water, less hanging space in toilet,
