8.0Great location and amenities, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils
− Not easy to connect with the owner. Part of that is my fault being unable to get a calling app or Dutch SIM card to work, but really there should be an easier way as I ran into other folks who rented at this complex and they had the same problem. No answer from emails or the Booking.com secure messaging in terms of setting a time to meet for the key transfer. The next-door neighbor smokes and that can seep into the apartment.
