Clean and cozy. Good location for LRT, shopping malls, eating places nearby and a convenient store right below the apartment.

− Slight improvement needed on the door lock at main door and master bedroom door latch.

Worth money for the location but host need to improve for the cleanliness and also air-cond

I like this house as the unit i booked is not working and the host change another unit for me which the master room is having 2 double beds compare to my original booking which only one double bed. Another thing is, the unit came with very big balcony

− The toilet is not that clean and with smell and i do not like the body wash and sampoo which very difficult to press and each time pressing is only small portion and there is no label tell you which one is body wash and which one is sampoo. the water heater shower is not long enough and is leaking. The air-conds are not cold even host sending workers to check. There is an escape door at kitchen which only with normal door lock without grill and make us not fell safety and it directly connect with outdoor corridor

− Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend. I booked this property on 9 April for a stay on 12 April, but received no check-in details until the day itself. I had to chase multiple times, and the contact number provided was unreachable. When I finally got through to someone, they had no record of my booking and only sent the details after I followed up again. The listing was also misleading. It only showed “Persiaran Puchong Jaya” without stating the actual property. I only found out on the day of check-in that it is Skypod Residences (condo). I originally intended to book a landed house and would not have chosen this if it was clearly stated. Management was very disorganized. While I was traveling, I received multiple calls saying the unit had no water and needed to be changed—then possibly changed again. This created unnecessary stress after a long journey. The unit condition was also poor: - Air conditioning in the BOTH room was not working properly (felt warm even at 16°C) - Bathroom door was faulty with an improper lock On top of that, I was asked about my check-out time during the stay as they wanted to arrange cleaning, which felt like being rushed. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly managed. For the price paid, this was not acceptable.
