9.0Zdecydowanie najlepsza lokalizacja w Polanicy! Dosłownie 5 kroków i jesteśmy w Parku Zdrojowym, 7 minut do Domu Zdrojowego, kawiarni, restauracji. Jednocześnie ulica jest zaciszna, mało uczęszczana, słychać głównie śpiew ptaków i widać zieleń :) Duży plus za bezpłatny parking, windę, pralkę, bardzo duży balkon z meblami ogrodowymi i suszarką oraz dostępne w apartamencie gry planszowe.
− Drobiazgi, niewymagające dużych nakładów finansowych, ale denerwujące: 1) brak ręcznika na podłogę w łazience, przez co średnio da się wyjść z kabiny prysznicowej nie mocząc podłogi i nie ma tego potem jak zetrzeć; 2) brak mydła do rąk; 2) brak ręcznika papierowego w kuchni ani jakiejkolwiek ściereczki do naczyń; 3) brak soli/pieprzu/cukru; 4) ekspres na kapsułki Dolce Gusto, ale bez kapsułek - jaka jest zatem jego funkcja? nie wiadomo; 5) brak choćby jednej saszetki herbaty. Jako wytrawni turyści wozimy ze sobą zapasowo powyższe rzeczy (poza ręcznikiem podłogowym, tu już się poddaliśmy), ale raczej powinno to być w standardzie.
