− Poziom komunikacji, kultury osobistej i jakiejkolwiek postawy proklienckiej poniżej poziomu... Zglosżony został od razu po przyjeździe nie posprzątany pokój. W łóżku na pościeli, na prześcieradle były włosy, pod łóżkami paprochy i kurz. Na uwagę o poscieli otrzymaliśmy w nocy informację że możemy odpuścić apartament jak nie spełnia naszych oczekiwań. I potem kolejny sms ponagalający czy opuszczamy apartament- w środku nocy. Nie spotkałam się nigdzie z takim podejściem i brakiem kultury. Szkoda, bo obiekt dobrze położony, pokoje przestronne. Na drugi dzień znalezione 2 ususzone robaczki pod łóżkiem i w szafce. Pralka nie odwirowywala wody. Ale po agresywnych sms nie chcieliśmy nic już zgłaszać. Czytając fora i opinie po przyjeździe, obawialiśmy się o swoj komfort i bezpieczeństwo. Dodatkowo właściciel wskazanł nasz pokój jako ten który posiada żelazko, /nie było go na wyposażeniu naszego pokoju/ przez co inni lokatorzy przychodzili do nas w poszukiwaniu żelazka.

− Too cold. Had to turn up all the radiators and it took a day to warm up the apartment.
