− Router no internet connection, Refrigerator not working or broken. No Shower heater.

3.0− The unit where we stayed has very poor air conditioning, no bidet, hot shower was not working, and unit caretaker was not accommodating and gave us a single roll of tissue paper for our 3 day stay. We asked for extra tissue and towels and she gave us 1 single roll of tissue again, but no additional towels. She didn't even bother answering my query on the hot shower that was not working and didn't bother to show up. Area was so humid with no breeze at all

3.0Booked this as last minute and last one available during high season. Alright for a budget travel.
− Lift was not working when we arrived. Walked up to the fifth floor using the fire exit stairs. End of the building unit so no balcony and very small studio space. Wifi wasn't working even I messaged the host. Place need improvement and some repairs. TV was not in English language, we couldn't understand and couldn't change. Tiny fridge. Hob cooker don't know how to use, tried but not successful so didn't bother to cook. Just ok for a night to sleep. Need some love and care.
It's the little things in the room that matters.
10.0The whole place was beautiful and the kids loved all the amenities in Pico De Loro.
− The room Jacana B 519 had bad air conditioning, the AC couldn't make the room cool, and we had to turn on the electric fan just to stay cool inside. The remote for the TV didn't have batteries, so it made watching a pain. Lastly, the queen sized bed was hard and uneven, which made it uncomfortable for us to sleep in.
