10.0Location: The property is so well located! Right in centre of the city and 5 minutes walk form the Rokin metro stop, 11 minutes from Newmarkt and 20 minutes walk from the central station (straight road). We didnt use the tram but there were main stations near Rokin There are canal cruise 5 minutes walk away. The property: The property is beautiful and very comfortable. It was everything you need! The management: Incredible communication prior and during the stay! I've never had such great comms and Margaret was fantastic. All instructions prior to coming were so appreciated and messages were answered within minutes if i had a query. I was so impressed. Thank you Margaret and team. I felt really looked after.

8.0The location is amazing and the apartment is spacious, well equipped and a comfy living room. Shops, trams and Metro are just a short walk. Friendly
− I would score this 9 but the deposit situation needs a mention. The EUR300 deposit took over 2 weeks to get refunded by Paypal. The refund transaction charges came in a bit higher than explained or expected. If you are relying on the deposit money for the rest of your vacation it could be a problem.

9.0Sehr gut gelegenes Appartement direkt am Blumenmarkt. Von dort kann man super Amsterdam erkunden m, ob zu Fuß oder öffentlichen Verkehr alles locker machbar. Sehr geräumiges Apartment, gut ausgestattete Küche.
Tolle Wohnung. Nichts für ältere Menschen.
9.0Tolle Lage und tolle Atmosphäre in der Wohnung.
− Zweites Bett / Zimmer war unterm Dach. Man musste über eine Klappleiter hochklettern um ins Bett zu kommen. Auch der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr steil. Nichts für ältere Menschen. Auch das man eine Kaution von 300 Euro hinterlegen muss und erst nach drei Wochen wieder zurück bekommt ist sehr befremdlich.
