7.0The apartment boasts a convenient location near SM, with a nearby fruit stall offering exceptionally sweet pineapples. This backpacker-like accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people, but I wouldn't recommend housing more than six due to limited space. Investing in higher-quality bunk beds would have been beneficial, as the current ones vibrate with even the slightest movement. Additionally, two out of three bedrooms had noisy air conditioners, and the kitchen/living room lacks air conditioning altogether. Shampoo and body soap were not provided, and unfortunately, no staff members were reachable during our stay. Overall, the location has great potential, but responsiveness from the staff and investment from the owner would significantly enhance the experience.

9.0Overall Rating: 9/10 Value for Money: Excellent Security: Excellent (Quiet and safe place, no security guard though gated property and each unit has gates as well) Location: Excellent (near Airport, SM and Center of the City) House: Excellent (Very Spacious, more than enough for a family of 10 persons) Living Room: Very Satisfactory (with large sofa and cable tv. Too much to ask but better if smart tv is provided. Also recommend to put shoe racks) Dinning Room: Excellent (2 big dinning tables with extra monoblock chairs) Kitchen: Very Satisfactory (properly working 2 burner induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, oven toaster, water dispenser and refrigerator) Bathrooms: Very Satisfactory (good quality bath towels, with heater in 2/3 bathrooms though shower in bathroom at the ground floor is not working, flash in all toilets are properly working, with bidets and all faucets have running water) Bedrooms: Very Satisfactory (Good beds, bunk beds and mattresses, properly working air conditioning units)
− Needs Improvement: Internet connection, blankets (too thin), faucet in the kitchen, shower in ground floor bathroom, defective kitchenwares (sandok), no chopping board, additional spoon and forks, additional cups, additional pot and kawali, cleaning materials like walis and floor mop.
