8.0Чистая современная квартира. Большой балкон. Хорошее месторасположение. Есть духовка, микроволновка и все необходимое. Новый удобный диван. Заходишь сразу в кухню-гостиную, но в принципе все симпатично.
− Не работала плита. Хорошо, что была духовка. Проблема с въездом на парковку - нет чипа от ворот. Вечером вернулись поздно и пришлось долго ждать пока хоть кто-то будет проезжать. На следующий день выяснили, что можно въезжать со стороны магазина, там обычно открыты ворота. Но не знаю, открыты ли они поздно вечером.

9.0Апартаменты находятся в новом жилом массиве. Мы получили две квартиры (7 человек) в домах, которые находятся в 2-3 минутах ходьбы друг от друга. Все необходимое для проживания есть. Кухня обустроена полностью. Очень уютно и чисто. Парковочное место во дворе. Номер парковки сообщили предварительно. Заселение бесконтактное.
