− Potwierdzona rezerwacja telefonicznie, a właścicielka nie wysłała kodów ani nie przekazała kluczy. W dniu przyjazdu nie odbierała telefonu. Booking przyjął reklamacje i zwrot środków w toku ale co z tego jak weekend zepsuty.

Location is good. Administration answers quickly.

− This apartment was absolutely not worth the money. We paid 2800 PLN for 3 nights, which comes to over $250 per night. For that price, you can easily book a high-quality hotel with breakfast included. Unfortunately, this apartment looked nothing like the photos and was a huge disappointment. 1. We booked the apartment for 5 people, including 3 small children, yet the host did not provide even the basic amount of kitchenware needed. There were not enough bowls or cups, and there were no teaspoons at all. The kitchen equipment in general was very limited, and some items, especially the frying pans (see photo), were in such poor condition that it was honestly shocking to see them offered to guests at this price level. 2. The Wi-Fi was almost unusable. The connection kept dropping every couple of minutes, and the signal was extremely weak. If you are planning to work remotely or rely on stable internet access, this place is definitely not suitable. 3. The apartment was freezing cold. Even though the outside temperature was around +10°C during the day, we were cold every night inside the apartment. There were no heaters available, and the radiators were cold and clearly not working properly. I would strongly not recommend this place for families with children or anyone expecting basic comfort. 4. The bathroom showed obvious signs of previous water damage. The baseboards were swollen from moisture, and the ceiling had visible stains and peeling paint, yet the host clearly made no effort to repair or refresh anything. For such an expensive apartment, this level of maintenance is simply unacceptable. 5. The cleanliness was also far below acceptable standards. We found an empty plastic bottle and dust under the bed, and even the dishes had visible stains left on them. Overall, the apartment felt poorly maintained and badly cleaned.
