− Gostaria de indicar uma questão que não tem a ver com o apartamento em si, mas com o prédio onde se insere. Há um ruído constante e muito intenso na entrada do prédio - o som de máquinas em funcionamento e que se houve dentro do apartamento, apesar de este estar localizado no 2 andar.
