− O espaço precisa ser remodelado. Instalações elétricas muito precárias, espaço pequeno e com muitas coisas. Casa de banho com instalação da máquina da loiça à vista. É necessário subir escadas. Porta de entrada (em vidro transparente) fica num piso onde só há uma varanda. O resto da habitação fica no piso superior. Nota-se que aquele espaço faz parte do resto da casa onde mora o anfitrião. Apenas criaram uma parede e divisões com portas e câmaras de segurança, para poderem alugar.

Infrastruktur, Einrichtung; sehr gepflegt, Details, praktisch, nützlich eingerichtet, alles wohnlich gedacht. genügend Platz. Logis sucht seinesgleichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen; Nicht barrierefrei.
