7.0Pokój przede wszystkim czysty. Cichy ponieważ okna nie wychodzą na ulicę. Dogodna lokalizacja. Dookoła sklepy, tramwaj itp. Sporo ręczników. Wygodny materac na łóżku.
− Do wymiany jest patelnia, ponieważ ma zdartą powłokę i jest podrapana. Suszarka w łazience ma ułamaną rączkę, sklejenie taśmą nie zapobiega opadaniu części głównej w trakcie suszenia włosów. Słuchawka pod prysznicem przecieka i woda leci w bok.
Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, świetna lokalizacja

− Do wymiany krzesła balkonowe - rozpadają się. Podobnie drzwiczki od zamrażarki, a czajnik stanowczo trzeba wyczyścić
