A beautiful location, quiet and relaxing offering very good facilities.
8.0The large space in the apartment and full range of cooking and domestic facilities were excellent and the cleanliness of the property was at a very good standard. The whole estate and the grounds were all very well looked after.
− Slight issue accessing the wifi and so I was moved to a different apartment and then it was fine. Thank you for the flexibility. The directions to arrive at the property could have been clearer as the Sat Nav seemed to take me to a totally different location and I then had to ask for directions. The security gate was a bit annoying as I had no pass to let me in and there were questions before I could enter with the car depending on who was on the gate.
Location perfect, safe complex, quiet and relaxing, lovely pools and grounds.
7.0− For self catering there’s not enough in the way of bin liners, cleaning products, short on kitchen accessories. Beds are tired and mattresses need replacing, apartment is showing lots of wear and needs updating. Cleanliness of apartment needs looking into as old carpets wrapped and stuffed in corners making access to lighting outside difficult Bathrooms dark, lights not great. Mop bucket and dirty mops left in kitchen not giving a good impression.
Good location but needs some attention to address areas of concern
7.0The location is good, the balcony and apartment are a great size.
− We had some issues and nobody came to discuss whilst we were here. In fact we didn’t see anybody during our stay. I have reported it, but my son sat in the white chair in the balcony which shattered everywhere sending him to the floor and hurting his elbow. The lights in the twin room did not work and the AC in that room poured water everywhere so could not be used. The shower curtain fell down with a crash at 2am one day waking us up and the corkscrew was broken. The lighting in the shower was non existent and made it dark and somewhat dangerous to shower. There were no salad bowls or cooking trays, only a couple of pans, plates etc. Other than that. The apartment was very comfortable.
