Apartment and complex were great and Cabanas has everything you need.

The facilities within the apartment were excellent and the apartment itself was extremely comfortable with great outside space. The location was brilliant with restaurants within 5/10 minutes walk and the local ferry to the beach about 10/15 minutes walk. The underground car park is quite tight to manoeuvre around but there is a dedicated space for the apartment and for a small car was perfect. Most of the apartments appeared to be empty at this time of year and there was plenty of room at the pool and the complex was very quiet. Tavira is about 15 minutes drive and has a much wider choice of restaurants and is very beautiful, well worth a visit. The local beach at Cabanas is reached by a small local boat costing 1.5 euros per person for a return ticket and only takes 2 minutes each way. The beach is spotless with lovely clear water.

− The apartment could have been a little cleaner. There was a scum line around the bath and the plug hole was full of hair, also the washing up equipment in the kitchen was old, used and grubby. When I mentioned this to our host, she did drop off some clean sponges and clothes for washing up but nothing was mentioned about the the dirty bath, just that the owners had been the last ones to stay at the apartment.

Everything about the property was excellent. It was spacious, bright and very well decorated. It had everything anyone could need for a short or long stay. The working remotely facilities were particularly good and suited our needs very well. The owners management company were very responsive helpful in answering any queries we had. We hope to book again soon.

Location is great. Good social areas inside and on terraces. Spacious kitchen. Cleaning supervisor was lovely. Would definitely return.

− Things like the throws on the sofas could have been cleaner. A new scrubber for washing the dishes would have been nice. The soap dispensers were empty.

We had a great time in the apartment, everything was perfect!

Good property and location ….pity about closed pool particularly as weather was exceptionally hot

− Feel that as pool was closed due to refurbishment a deduction in rental would be expected…..other than advice of pool closure at last minute…..really not acceptable
