Séjour idéal face à l’océan
9.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est magnifique, très joliment décoré, parfaitement entretenu et surtout extrêmement bien équipé. La vue sur l’océan depuis le balcon est un vrai bonheur : entendre le bruit des vagues et profiter de l’air marin toute la journée est un véritable luxe. J’aime cuisiner, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié la cuisine, qui ne manque de rien. Après quelques courses au marché local, c’était un plaisir de préparer nos repas sur place. Santa Cruz est une destination merveilleuse, authentique et loin de la foule, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Autre point très appréciable : le stationnement est gratuit dans toute la ville.
− Les seuls points à améliorer concernent l’arrivée. Malgré le respect des consignes, nous sommes restées bloquées environ 30 minutes devant l’immeuble sans pouvoir joindre le propriétaire, qui était retenu par son travail. Une procédure d’accueil plus fiable éviterait ce genre de désagrément. Enfin, nous avons été surpris d’apprendre qu’un supplément était demandé pour fournir des draps si l’on souhaite rapprocher deux lits dans la chambre de trois personnes. Lorsque l’on loue un appartement entier, ce type de demande paraît assez inhabituel. Malgré ces deux petits points, nous recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement pour son confort, son emplacement et la qualité de ses équipements.

− The only downside was the balcony is north facing so only had sun for breakfast. Which is fine if it is 34° but with the sea breeze, bit chilli to sit out on the evening .

9.0Spacious and clean apartment. We had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was in the centre of the town and there were plenty of parking spots nearby.
− The apartment can feel damp on days when there is no wind since it is right by the water.
