Charming apartment in a great location near the beach

The apartment is charming, bright, and very clean. Although it is older, the modern furniture is beautifully matched with the apartment and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. It has beautiful original doors and a lovely long hallway that give it a unique character. Everything was fully functional, and the apartment was well equipped for our stay. We especially appreciated the small extras such as a dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, a bottle of wine, and some sweets. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the beach. Lidl is only about a 2-minute walk away, and Mercadona is around 1 km away. The metro connection to Porto is easy, fast, and inexpensive. There is also a beautiful, long seaside promenade that stretches all the way to Porto. The balcony offers a lovely view of the harbour. The Atlantic Ocean is colder than we are used to, but it is still comfortable enough for swimming. The water was crystal clear, and the beach was long, spacious, and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent, and the key was exactly where we had been told it would be. The elevator was fast, safe, and perfectly adequate. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again.

− The mattress was a little less comfortable than we are used to, although we still slept well. The balcony railing is rusty, but it still felt sturdy and safe. We also missed having rubbish bags available during our stay. Other than these minor points, we had no complaints.

− A few things around the apartment needed maintenance. Apartment on the 7th floor and the lift to access it is not the best if you dont like lifts

niks speciaal

− wij arriveerden om 20:30, er zaten geen sleutels in de kluis!!! De telefoon werd niet beantwoord!! Text bericht werd niet beantwoord!!! Wij hebben een hotel moeten boeken voor de eerste nacht Volgende ochtend was er wel een sleutel maar was er niet schoon gemaakt, het was een puinhoop!!! Pas in de middag was het schoon en konden wij erin, hele dag gemist. Geen echte excuses of wat dan ook. HostWise de verhuurder is waardeloos. ik raad dit sterk af!!

La ubicación y la limpieza

− Los colchones incomodísimos. La barandilla del balcón y el balcón peligroso si vas con niños pequeños. Un ruido constante en la cocina. El mando del aire acondicionado sin pilas.
