6.0La ubicación y el parking que estaba en el propio edificio
− Tuvimos problemas a la hora de acceder y de salir del parking, el día de la salida con el coche cargado y un bebé de 9 meses, tuvimos una incidencia con la tarjeta del parking y no podíamos salir, aún estoy esperando a que me conteste el propietario. El menaje de la cocina necesita una sustitución, está todo muy anticuado. Para colmo, el último día por la mañana, nos encontramos un obrero en nuestra terraza haciendo labores de mantenimiento. El propietario en ningún momento nos avisó de ello. Tras decírselo al propietario, todavía estoy a la espera de una disculpa. La limpieza del apartamento era algo superficial, íbamos con un bebé que gateaba y había pelos que parecían ser de animal.

8.0Nice big apartment. The directions to get in not very clear. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable maybe suits younger children. We loved Coimbra.

3.0Car park in the building
− Rude staff. Check in was at 3. They did not arrive until 3:15 we were waiting outside the apartment under 40 degree heat. We were then told that the apartment was not ready, that they were still cleaning it and that we would have to wait. We asked to go to the apartment anyway as we had our 2 year old boy and we had been driving for 4 hours. We got to the apartment and there was a lady in the living room making the sofa bed, I told her not to worry and not to do it that our son would sleep with us and she rolled her eyes at me. Then I went to the bedroom and there was a 20 something year old girl with a 5 month old strapped on her back making the bed. I was shocked! I told her not to worry , that I would make the bed and then I asked her what the baby’s name was etc as my son was curious. The other lady told me off for talking to the girl and told me not to distract her. Very rude and uncomfortable. I have raised the issue with booking.
