8.0Apartamento bem equipado, limpo e com uma varanda agradável. Bem localizado com um mini mercado próximo. O cais fica a uma distância aceitável no entanto com muito calor pode ser uma caminhada difícil. A Jasmin é muito atenciosa e preocupada com os hóspedes. Tem estacionamento particular atrás do apartamento o que facilita pois o estacionamento naquela zona é escasso. Bom ar condicionado controlado por aplicação. Aceita animais o que nos facilitou pois pudemos levar os nossos cães.
− A cama de casal não era confortável. Paga-se 2€ por dia pela utilização do ar condicionado, não havia informação prévia. Presença de baratas em determinadas horas do dia.

10.0The apartment was very clean, quiet and spacious the veranda space was great. Loved the fact it was ground floor!! Mo stairs.

We would not book it again.
4.0The appartment is very good situated. It can be easily reached by train. The owner reacted at once - e.g. the gaz was out for cooking. (We had to change it by ourselves, after we received a video in portugese... but we managed that.) We really had enough towels for our stay. The appartment is large and has a spacious patio.
− We had cockroaches two times :-( When we arrived we received no information concerning the appartment (e.g. how to open and close the windows etc.), only after asking we received the WLAN-box.The mattrasses were really bad; the double-Mattrass with a hollow, the single bed had just a very hard mattrass, laying on slatted frame made of plastic - that didn't work at all for my back. The bathroom is old, so you take the shower in the bathtub. The price was too high in our view for this big but low price equipped appartment with cockroaches if you are unlucky.
