− La machine à café ne marche pas La vaisselle n’était pas propre Le lave-linge était très sale Un seul radiateur à disposition… en hiver, au prix de l’appartement, j’estime que chaque chambre pourrait avoir un radiateur

6.0L emplacement était parfait. La douche était au top
− L odeur qui émanait qui apparemment doit être réglée sous peu. Les draps et serviettes sentaient. L état de l entrée du bâtiment pourrait être nettoyée pour être plus invitant. La vaisselle était sale. Mauvaise insonorisation... prévoyez des bouchons. Place de stationnement à trouver ou sinon parking payant 20€\jr

− Algún que otro pequeño desperfecto (persiana, silla) y a veces un poco difícil para aparcar.

3.0− Vergonzoso entrar a las 7 de la tarde, le pedimos un poco antes y tuvimos que esperar media hora al sol, personas de edad avanzada con perjuicio para nuestra salud ,olor a desagüe, escaso papel higiénico, no había tostadora, persiana rota
