8.0Tiszta, sok mindennel felszerelt lakás. Lidl közel. Kedves hölgy fogadott, pedig később sikerült érkeztünk a vártnál. A város gyönyörű és a környék is többnyire .
− Nincs redőny és szunyogháló, hajnal 5kor már besütött a nap, csak egy vékony díszroló van. Szellőztetésnél sok rovar jön be. A nappaliban a kanapé nem kihúzható, kényelmesen csak 10 év alatti gyermek fér el rajta. Amit udvariasságból senki sem említett az oldalon : a lakás tényleg kulturált igényes, viszont a környezet amiben van ijesztő volt elsőre. Ez egy lakótelepi lakás földszinti lakása, aminek a folyosója, lépcsőháza romos, büdös, koszos, körülötte összetákolt fabodék vannak a fa tárolására kialakítva, nincs egy m2 zöldterület sem a közelben.
O locație bună și voi mai veni și voi recomanda și prietenilor și dvs.celor ce citiți.
9.0Un apartament aproape de centru și alături de Lidel. Dotat cu tot ce dorești, centrala proprie la parterul unui bloc vechi și degradat.Apartament renovat frumos cu materiale de calitate ,mașina spălat, frigider, aragaz,cuptor cu microunde mașina de cafea și orice ustensila de bucătărie.
− Blocul în sine dar nu e vina proprietarului,loc de parcare poți cauta pe lingă blocuri,trbue pe timp ploios ca atunci cind am fost noi un covor de ușa mai mare și eficient ,patul din dormitor fiind metalic are un zgomot ciudat la mișcarea ultima problema ar fi ca mașina de cafea sa aibă și putina cafea pentru client.

− The coffee machine is not working. There is no light in the hallway outside the door and a kettle would be appreciate it.
